Qudwa 2019

Qudwa 2019, the third edition of Qudwa, sees a thousand education trailblazers attending, with various international level Speakers from UAE Ministers such as H.E. Al Hammadi, H.E. Noura Al Kaabi, to global experts such as Beau Lotto and  Dr. Pam Grossman, and an inspirational figure Loretta Claiborne among others. As a Program Manager of the event, my role had been mostly in the program development of the event, confirming session themes, structures and speakers and coordinating with all related parties. I was also in charge with the coordination of website development, liaising with the web developers and the client.

2019 DP World Annual Gala Dinner

Annual Gala dinner hosted by DP World for their VIP clients and stakeholders from around the world. My role in the event was as the Logistics Manager in charge of the planning of the Gala Dinner event flow from guests arrivals to the evening conclusion, as well as the venue setup for this high end corporate event. Coordinating with all various key players of the event from suppliers and clients, working together alongside the Production and Program team ensuring successful delivery of the event.

Special Olympics World Games - Abu Dhabi 2019

The 2019 Special Olympics World Summer Games was a multi-sport event for athletes with intellectual disabilities in the tradition of the Special Olympics movement. It was held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates from March 14–21, 2019. My role in this humanitarian event has been as Operations Manager managing the transportation and movements for all 1,700+ delegates staying in Dubai.

2019 Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA)

The Eighth Season Awards Ceremony of HIPA celebrating the year’s most inspiring images, captured by extraordinary photographers, embracing the essence of HOPE. The event took place in Dubai Opera and my role has been the Guests Handling Manager. I was in charge of the whole guests experience from invitation stage, guests registration, to all front-of-house aspect on the day of the event; including managing the day-to-day operations of the registration system and managing all front-of-house staff for the event.

2019 CEO Summit | World Government Summit Pre-Event

An exclusive pre-event to the 2019 edition of the World Government Summit hosted by Dubai Future Foundation. Selected influential VIP attendees of the World Government Summit were invited to this 3-days event where they convened on a disruptive ideation session addressing critical global issues. I was the Logistics Manager responsible for all preparations and executions of the event's transportation, accommodation and F&B.

Al Burda Festival & Award

The Al Burda Festival is an initiative of the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development to celebrate Islamic art and culture. The Festival is closed with an Award Ceremony honoring Islamic artists from the region. As the Partnership and Marketing Manager of this project, my role comprised of sourcing and confirming partners and sponsors, as well as managing all marketing content of the event from event branding and logo creation, website development, collateral creation and production, and the preparation of mar-comm side events - from coordinating suppliers and liaising with client on all partnership & marketing front.

Abu Dhabi Art 2018 - International Media Program

As an emerging event in the international art scene, 2018 Abu Dhabi Art invited numerous journalists from major publications and news site such as Financial Times, Harper Bazaar, How To Spend It, and et cetera, from different corner of the globes. My role in the project is the Logistics Project Manager for the International Media Program of Abu Dhabi Art. Handling all the logistics of the program from journalists confirmation, travel and accommodation in Abu Dhabi, the execution of the program logistics for all journalist until they leave.

Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi Grand Opening - Press Welcome Tour

Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi, the world’s first ever Warner Bros. branded indoor theme park Grand Opening.

As Logistics Manager, I was responsible for the planning and delivery of the International Press Welcome Tour as part of the Grand Opening of Yas Island's newest theme park, Warner Bros. World™. In conjunction I was also supporting the Grand Opening team in terms of logistics aspect of the event.

ABSA-Barclay Cheer for Champion Dubai 2018

Cheer for Champions 2018 is ABSA South Africa's pinnacle incentive where they take almost 250 of their top sales staff on a trip of a lifetime, discovering an enchanting destination that is Dubai, and learning the trick of the trade to come back as a stronger ABSA team. As the Project Manager of this event, I was in charge for the whole event planning and operation; from coordinating with client and suppliers, to planning the leisure and training program.

Gary Player Invitational Abu Dhabi 2017 & 2018

The Gary Player Invitational in the United Arab Emirates was launched in Abu Dhabi and is the first leg of each year's GPI global series of the world-leading charity golf event. As such with invitational tournament, this event is filled with VIPs participants by invites only. My role in the event for both years has been the Project Manager of Logistics overseeing the management of all transportation, accommodation and logistical aspects of the event in general including VIP liaison.

Emirates NBD Desert Walk 2017 & 2018

Emirates NBD Desert Walk is an internal CSR event of Emirates NBD involving up to 7,500 of their employees trekking 5KM and 10KM routes through the desert, to connect with the UAE’s natural environment and improve their physical health and relieve stress. The walk is done to raise fund for charity organization (WWF). My role in this event for both year has been Project Manager overseeing the preparation and execution of the event.

Emirates NBD Million Dirham Putt - season 2016/2017 & 2017/2018

A golfing experience that transports the tension of professional golf from across the city to Emirates Golf Club, raising the stakes with a putting competition and prize, the likes of which Dubai has never seen. My role in this road-show live activation has been the Project Manager managing all preparation and execution of the event.

Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Open 2017 & 2018

The first and annual ladies' golf tournament staged in Abu Dhabi, Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Open welcomes top international ladies golfers from the Ladies European Tour from the year 2017. My role both in the inaugural year and second year has been the Project Manager of Logistics managing logistical aspects of the tournament including but not limited to the accommodation, overseas travel arrangements for crew, VIPs some participants, daily tournament courtesy cars and other transportation arrangement, VIP liaison, and managing some of the tournament's social events.

QUDWA 2017 Global Teachers' Forum

Qudwa is a Global Teachers’ Forum which aims to empower teachers to improve the future of education held in Abu Dhabi in October 2017 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The event hosted over 800 leading international teachers, involving organization such as OECD, Teach for All and Varkey Foundation. My role for the event was the Timeline Manager overseeing all tasks for all parties involved, from Client to all suppliers and ensuring delivery of completed tasks in timely manner.
